What is Open Office?

Open office refers to an office layout where open and wide areas are preferred instead of partition walls or private rooms in the interior layout of offices. In this design, employees usually sit together, side by side in a large area, and a more interactive work environment is provided because they are not separated by partitions. While the open office layout aims to provide benefits in terms of efficiency, teamwork and flexibility, in some cases it can face criticisms such as privacy and concentration problems of employees.
